TOPIC:     Business Advertisement and Donations

Dear Local Business:

In November or 2002, the Saint Vrain Archery Club obtained acreage from the City of Longmont for an archery course. Currently, we have about 140 paid memberships – almost 300 people including family members.

On behalf of SVBA, we are asking your support to be a Business Sponsor. To become a Business Sponsor you simply donate needed materials/supplies or cash valued at $250 or more. In return you will receive the following (for one calendar year):

1. A quality sponsorship sign prominently displayed at one of our targets. This will include your company’s services/products along with your phone number.

2. A business card advertisement in our club newsletters.

3. Your name will be listed as a sponsor on our web sight.

4. A business card ad on our club bulletin board (at the entry of the course).

5. A one-year family membership given to someone of your choice.

We will make requests for our members to support you when they need services that your business provides. Range membership is open to the public and dues are inexpensive, thus giving archers from Denver north to Fort Collins – a new place to enjoy archery and potential new clients for your business.

We are already active with local 4H Clubs and scouting groups to encourage shooting at our range. Our members look forward to exposing kids to the joy of archery.

Please consider the Saint Vrain Archery and Bowhunter’s Association as a worthy cause. Contact me if you have any questions or if I can be of any assistance.

Sincerely,

Dr. Roger Trudell, President SVBA

PS: SVBA is a Colorado state non-profit corporation.
